All of my Joint Venture partners on these properties were people I already knew or were introduced to by a friend. However, I recently purchased another property and my JV partner is someone I recently met at a real estate conference. Wow. I also want to personally say thank you for your book. It has been read, re-read, referred to and re-referred to. It is like my little special book of what to do and what not to do. Seriously, your book took the fear out of writing a newsletter and made it completely attainable. We could not put the book down and read it at the same time, with our own book marks.
